How Producer Fees work

When you offer exclusive content to your listeners, we charge 55 cents per user per month plus card processing fees detailed below.

If you would simply like to have the option for listeners to support your podcast, you pay the card processing fee, but we do not charge you for these supporters.

How card processing works

Fees are $0.30 plus 2.9%.

We handle billing your listeners every month.

If an initial attempt to bill your listener fails, we try multiple times to recover the payment and notify them if their bank declines.

We provide initial support for any listener questions.

How do you calculate listeners?

Listeners are users who have been given access to a private podcast feed.

If you are integrating Glow with an existing membership, you will only be charged for listeners who have downloaded their private podcast(s) at least once.

What if I want to charge for one-time payments?

Glow fees for one-time payments are $2.00 per payment. The 50 free listeners in the Premium Plan include listener who checkout with one-time payments.
